Ann Noel Art - Artist, Oil Painter, Instructor in Leesburg, Virginia

Color is very important to me. I use color to create drama, tension and a sense of space.  My abstracts include lush colors depicting energy, movement or place within.  My goal is to have the viewer stop and think about the moment, the setting, the movement, the happening.
